PET Bottle Label Remover Machine

  

 

1. This is a part of plastic recycling plant, called label remover. It is used to peel off  labels and caps of bottles, the pre-treatment of bottles before crushing, washing and drying (include PET bottles, PE PP PVC bottles). The labels on bottles can be removed up to 95% (include paper labels),and caps of bottles will be removed up to 90%.

  

2. The labels will be peeled off by self-friction.

 

3. The bottles are fed into the top of the machine, and discharged from the bottom.

  

4. This machine is used for washing line. Using this machine can have high-purity recycled flakes.

  

5. The capacity for this machine is 200-2000kg/h.
