Rotational Moulding Pulverizer

Full-Auto MFM Series plastic pulveriser is the grinding disk type pulverizer, it has advantages of high output, low energy cost etc. Mainly used in pulverizing PE, PVC, PC, PS, ABS and other materials powder processing.

This pulverizer adopt the newly designed grinding disk, it has high output, strong wearing resistance, the life is doubled than the ordinary grinding disk. The pulverizer adopt the professional bearing to realize the high speed and high output. The installation for this pulverizer is convenient, just open the grinding room gate to clean and maintain, the whole pulverizing process is full sealed, no powder leakage during processing.Full auto, full auto material feeding, full auto material output, and full auto material sieving.

 The pulverizing gap can be adjusted easily, just use feller gauges and adjust the screw installed on the grinding room to realize the accurate adjust.The main grinder adopts the wind and water cooling type.The design of this machine is reasonable, the quite small pulverizing section and the disk is almost flat and erected, the material coming into the grinding room and can be easily pulverized and gone out, this avoid the material stuck and temperature rise, thus make the output of the machine more higher.
