                              Work process                                        

 

    Firstly make reactor rotate clockwise 0.4r/min, put raw material into reactor, close feeding door.

 

    Secondly, burned the fuel material(coal wood natural gas oil) in the furnace. reactor will be slowly heated , when the temperature reach aroud 180degrees, oil gas will come out, then go to cooling system and liquid to oil.

 

   Some incondensable gas which cant cooling down will be leaded to furnace through a gas pipe, it will be used to heat the reactor.

 

  This can save your energy, only the first 2hours use energy for heating, after ther first 2hours mainly use gas ,little energy is ok . after pyrolysis all the oil gas come out from reactor , the temperature will fall down, then make it rotate anticlockwise, carbon black discharging begins.

 

   Lastly when the temperature deduce to 50degrees, worker can opened the door of reactor take steel wire out.

 

   Then you can start the next batch

        

         Pyrolysis is process of molecular breakdown where    

   larger molecules are broken down into small molecules     

    Pyrolysis plant is an industry designed to carry out pyrolysis of waste plastic&tyres.

    In case of plastic&tyres pyrolysis, long chain polymer is broken down into smaller chains of hydrocarbon gas and pyrolysis oil.

    Heat and catalyst are required for the following reacton.

   In pyrolysis, the polymer waste is not burned, instead it is broken down into usable finished products like pyrolysis oil.  Hydrocarbon gas and charcoal.

   Plastic&tyre pyrolysis offers following benefits:

   By pyrolysis of polymer waste, it is possible to recover value from waste in the form of pyrolysis oil, hydrocarbon gas and charcoal..

                                   Safety Precautions                               

  Waste tire/plastic pyrrolysis oil is a high risk industry. 

  It is strictly forbidden to operate without training or any practical experience. 

  1. Workers should be trained before operating this machine.

  2. Protective work uniform is a must for workers.

  3. The Chamber Feeding door, oil outlet, slagging door are flammable places.

     Don't stand in front of the doors when opening them.

  4. Blower should be turned off when adding coal.

  5. No smoking in factory.

  6. Check the oil outlet carefully before each batch to avoid jam or blockages.

  7. Check all pipes to ensure that the equipment runs safely.

  8. Safety devices are vital for machine's safe working. 

      Pressure and temperature gauges must all be checked regularly. 

      Water levels in condensers should be checked regularly.

   9. Workers must never sleep during operation.

  10. It is highly recommended that an appropriate fire extinguisher be available at all times.

   11. Interruptions or halting of the pyrrolysis process mid process should be avoided 

       if at all  possible.

       Equipment may be damaged if the amount of wet raw material is too large. 

      Similarity damage is done by overloading or sudden engaging or reversing of motors

 Note: Any damage caused by operating the equipment without technical guidance during  i nstallation, during debugging, or subsequent operation not in accordance with this manual, shall not be the responsibility of Henan RCZ. 

   Equipment Maintenance

equipment maintenance is particularly important for the life the whole machine

1 wheel bearings: these should be lubricated before every new batch is done

2 Motor: reducers should be lubricated periodically , ensure bearing lubrication

3 V-belt: regular inspection and replacement

4 Chain: this should be lubricated with grease for each batch

5 Draft fan: regular inspection and lubrication

6 keep oil channel clean and smooth

7 electric inspection and maintenance , all connections should be done by a qualified electrician

8 pumps also need regular maintenance
