PTFE Rod characteristic:

There are two kinds of PTFE rods to offer. One is made by

ram extruding method is the diameter from 4~200mm; rods

over the diameter 200mm are manufactured by moulding.

Advantages are as the following:

1.       Strong chemical-resistant.

2.       Acid and alkali resistant.

3.       Non-viscous, no aging.

4.       Used at the temperature from -1800C to +2600C.

5.       Has minimum friction coefficient of all know solid material.

6.       All JIS/ASTM standard sizes are available.

7.       New molds can be made according to customers requirements.
