PUDA`s horizontal mixer can meet high efficieny and good quality of mixing during batch-mixing process. It is suitable for handling dry plaster, cement, adhesive, padding, indissoluble materials, gypsum products, insulating materials, chemicals, feed and filling materials. The equipment can homogenously mix caked materials with flying blade.

High efficiency: Mixing capacity can reach 5-10batches/hour and mixing uniformity is above 99%.

Reliable aperation: PUDA`s mixer equips with PLC and visual operation. This operation system could be set into full- automatic or manual. The mixing time is adjustable based on the mixing result, which coul dbe available with sampler that connected to mixer.

Easy maintenance: hinge observation door with quick snapped lock is available at the wall of mixer.  The inspection door on one side of mixer is used for maintenance and replacing spare parts. The wearing line on the wall and bottom of mixer, rotor, blade and wall are all easy to replace.
