PTFE skiving skived film  

1). Features of skived PTFE films:

     i. anti-corrosion in all kinds of chemicals including nitric acid & aqua fortis;

     ii. good dielectric in mediums;

     iii. non-aging;

     iv. can be used in wide strength range, etc.

2). Use of skived PTFE films:

     i. seal liner and lubricant material in kinds of medium, especially corrosive situation;

     ii. dielectric material in kinds of frequency;

     iii. medium materials of capacities;

     iv. insulation material in electrics systems, etc.

Features: 

PTFE resin is first molded into work-blank and then skived. The PTFE resin skived sheet & tape are highly dielectric. Chemical resistant and not aging. They have a wide range of operation temperature.
