Brief description:
Material in bunker, spout and similar containers and camion unloading may cause problems on running because of cementation and bridging. Through many application feedbacks under various occasions, UHMW—PE is proved to possess extreme excellent sliding property, low water absorptivity and small influence by wet material, low friction factor and strong anti-abrasion capability. It can stand impact without crack through anti-movement treatment. Antistatic, flame retardant, it can keep excellent property under temperature -260°C, which is special engineering plastic without corrosion. Under any severe conditions, good effect would be achieved in storage and transportation equipments’ liners by using UHMW—PE material. It is suitable in mine exploitation, power plant, storage and transportation equipments, cement industry and chemical metallurgy industry etc, and filler spout, liners of all iron wagon and autodumpers containing bulk material.

Advantages: high anti-impact, low water absorption, low friction factor, excellent self-lubrication, excellent non-viscosity, good anti-causticity to acid and alkali.
Use: widely used in Chinese steel plant, electric plant, coal mining, cement and mining industry. Especially in their bunker, storage bin, gypsum bin, lime bin, cement bin, auto dumpers, mixture charging barrel, it solves the problems of adhering, bridge formation, easy abrasion, low production effective in these parts, it is cognized to be the best engineering materials to solve the problem of adhering and abrasion etc. by the scientific research and engineer department at nowadays, it is popularized to the industry, and achieved much benefits both in economics and society.
Types: According to our production experience and customers’ different requirement, we developed the enhanced UHMW-PE type I scaleboard, type II scaleboard , anti-burned type I scaleboard(UHFRPE-Y01), anti-burned type II scaleboard (UHRPE-Y02), in order to meet all industries’ different requirements.
