Characteristics:

1), Three-open door design, producing standard cuboid and smooth surface blocks ,could save about 0.5-1kg material per cycle. (If it trims too much, it will waste material.)

2), All the inside chamber is made of 4mm stainless steel. Because our steam inlet and ourlet is much thicher than usual.

3), All the frames of the block moulding machine is processed by sand blasting .

4), For each block, both the inside beads and outside beads are curing enough.
