1.it only needs 6 bar compressed air to operate and has big hydraulic force(1 to 100 tons), it does not need hydraulic station, easy to operate.
2.there is no noise and electricity consumption unlike hydraulic press generated in standby to reduce the production costs.
3.soft-contact, it makes contact with workpiece with a low force and then builds up full force.
4.workpieces with different height are no problem, because big force(power stroke) is only generated when it meets counterforce at any position overall the whole stroke.
5.its speed is faster, because its approach stroke and return stroke are air operated, only power stroke is hydraulic oil operated.
6.it is easy to regulate machine's output force, just regulating the pressure of air source is ok.
