      Aliphatic Waterborne Polyester Polyurethane Dispersion

Brief introduction:

WPU-2802 is waterborne polyurethane dispersion with functions of self-cross linking and fast drying at room temperature. It was synthesized with water as dispersion medium, adopted IPN polymeric technology and molecule design. WPU-2802 can be used for water-based glass coating, wood coating and plastic coating.

3. No free isocynate monomer, no benzene substance, formaldehyde and other toxic solvent, water-based, Eco-friendly, and non-toxic.

Application guidelines:

1. Used as one component coating.

2. High quality two-component top coat can be prepared by mixing with isocynate curing agent.

3. High hardness two-component coating can be prepared by mixing with WA-128A of hydroxyl acrylic emulsion.

4. It is non-yellowing, can be used for light color substrates.

5. Good compatibility with non-ionic and anionic water-dispersible polyester resin, water-dispersible alkyd resins, acrylic emulsions and water dispersible PU curing agent.

6. Hardness and flexibility can be enhanced when mixed with coupling agent.

7. Can be adjusted to the desired viscosity by thickening agent.

8. Painting methods: curtain coating, dipping coating and spraying coating.

9. Curing conditions: room temperature or low temperature baking.

Packaging and storage:

1. 15KG, 50KG, 100KG, 200KG plastic drums.

2. Stored in 100% dark light tight container.

3. Stored in cool and dry indoor place at 5-30°C.

4. The shelf life will be significantly reduced at high temperature or exposure conditions.

5. Shelf life is six months from production date stored in sealed containers.
