1. Summarize

2. Technical requirements:

appearance	One- component adhesive, the appearance is white and viscous; it has liquidity in the room temperature.

curing condition	120~125°C, 30minutes
effective date	25°C/1 month,5°C/3months
	the firmness of the contact with neilsbed and syringe

3. Method of application

Taking the medical adhesive from the cold rooms, keep it in the room temperature more than 8 hours, then open the package. Our adhesive can directly put in the plastic pot of the automated mounting line, stickiness is a complicated physical and chemical processes, included infiltration, adhesion, solidify and other step, then generate condensate  with

 Three-dimensional network structure. The adhesive should be run out in the effective date; the rest should be stored tightly sealed in the low temperature.

4. Notes:

(1)the production staff must take some proper protection measures, such as wear goggles

(2)the adhesive must be store tightly sealed to avoid the moisture absorption and pollution

(3)if splashing on the skin, please wash with the ethanol, if splashing into the eyes, please wash with  wash with plenty of water then call a medical treatment.

(4)the adhesive can’t direct heat in the barrel or high temperature radiation

5. Storage and transport

(1)the medical adhesive saiao 201 should  store in the heat-resistant, moisture-proof and lucifugal environment. the best storage temperature is 5~10°C, the wrapping drum should be sealed
