 3.   Properties & Applications:

Active Si-H bonds, weatherability, hydrophobic characteristic and high vapor permeability.

This product is widely used in the following areas:

 

a.  Widely used in the finishing of all kinds of fibers such as cotton, hemp, silk, nylon, polyester. Or the hydrophobing and moisture-proof treatment of powders, glass, ceramic, leather, paper, metal, cement and marble.

b. Used as the cross linker for addition type silicone rubber series.

c. Used as the basic material and a fundamental intermediate to synthesize some modified silicone oil including polyether modified silicone oil and alkyl based modified silicone oil.

d. Used as hydrophobic agent, lubricant and antisticking agent of oily based foundation of cosmetics

4. Storage and Transportation:

a. Storage: Store in dry, clean and airtight container. (200L per plastic barrel/ iron barrel or 1ton IBC) Do not touch acid, alkali and other impurities. Keep away from fire, sunlight and rain during storage and transportation.

b. Shelf time: 6 months. Beyond the time, it still can be used after tested and qualified.
