Solvent-Free Polyurethane Flooring Materials
1. Introduction
DHK-PU Flooring 218 is a cement polyurethane flooring. It has the following properties.
a) Eco friendly, odourless, solvent free.
b) Very good self-levelling ability
c) High adhesion (7.8 Mpa=80kgf/cm²)
d) Excellent abrasion resistance (750g/500r , 0.024)
e) High chemical resistance
f) Easy operation, can be operated at low temperature
g) Economic. Low labor operation cost.
h) Protect cement and motar surface, with high Waterproof and anti slip function

3. Application

4. Application process
Solvent-free cement Polyurethane flooring is a three-component product, composed of A, B and C. The mixing ratio is A:B:C=5:5:18 (kg)
a) Mix the materials, open A,B and C, take A drum as the operation drum, put B into A to mix 5-10 seconds.
b) Do not stop the mixing machine, at the same time put C into the A drum and mix for 3 to 5 minutes.To make sure all the materials are mixed evenly.
c) Put the ready flooring materials on the suface and brush them evenly on the surface.
d) The whole process should be finished in 20 minutes.
5. Dry time
24 hours (25°C)/ 3mm. Time should be expanded in winter.
