PTFE FINE POWDER RESIN FR202A

FR202A are white fine powder which are agglomerated particles of dispersion PTFE resin, with extraordinary characteristics, such as excellent thermal stability, extremely chemical inertness, especially good electrical properties and low frictional coefficient, etc. FR202A can be blended with organic solvent and suitable for paste extrusion by a process called as paste extrusion. It is widely used to produce small rods, tubes, cable insulations and unsintered tapes at low to medium reduction ratios.

  

Package and Storage

1.It is packed in hard material drums with two layers of plastic bag, the net weight of the products is 20kg per drum. 

2.Always stored in clean, cool and dry place to avoid any possible contamination. 3.Precaution: Never use this product above 400°C to avoid any decomposition that might release very toxic gases.

4.Always keep the products from moisture and vigorous shock. No rolling while moving drums.
