Cardanol is a natural renewable and excellent raw material of phenolic resin derived from cashew nutshell liquid(CNSL). It can be also applied in epoxy resins and many other fields due to its unique molecular structure.

MD503 can substitute many phenols to synthesize new materials such as surfactants, high performance phenolic resins etc. It is mainly used in the following fields: brake pads, adhesives, foundry resins and paper-base laminates etc.

This product can also substitute tung oil (China wood oil) and has been widely applied in fields of coatings, printing inks, paper-base laminates etc.
