RDF Cuber and Pelletizing machine

RDF forming machine to be used in making domestic wastes or industrial wastes into a solid fuel (RDF) by a stable operation through such a scheme that, in addition to the static pressure by a press roller, a vibrator is placed to apply a dynamic (vibratory) pressure to enhance a crushing force for hard-to-treat feedstock and to reduce the passage resistance of the wastes passing the die of a ring to cause no clogging at the die.

RDF Production System

The system consists of mainly sorting, crushing, dewatering, drying and forming units by which low moisture content and high calorific value RDF products are produced. RDF can be used in a variety of ways to produce electricity. It can be used alongside traditional sources of fuel in coal power plants.
