Our KDG-series Hot Air Circulation Drying Oven is designed to improve the safety and eficiency of drying and solidification treatment on winding of motor, transformer, etc. It replaces the electric thermostatic drying oven without explosion-proof wihich widely used on currently motor and electrician industry because of high accident rate.

This KDG-series equipment is full metal frame, insulated by silicate wool, it has many characters like: light frame, move easly, good performance of insulation, uniform heating, etc.

This KDG-series equipment has sensitive and reliable constant temperature control sysytem and overtemperature alarm sysytem. When the temperature inside the oven is changed suddenly, the overtemperature alarm system will alarm with light & sound and will shut off the heating power automactically to make sure the equipment is safe. The full circulation air-exchange and unique hot air circulation system always keep the concentration of combustible gases inside the oven within safe range. The advanced high-efficiency heat exchanger makes the temperature inside the oven has good uniformity and tolerance even when the air is full exchanged. This equipment has good effect on energy-saving because the efficiency of this heat exchanger is higher than the normal heat exchanger's.
