The World First High Voltage Measurement Standards.

China is establishing the world first high voltage power measuring standard in National Institute of Metrology (Beijing). This standard involves measurement of up to 10kV voltage and 1000A current, adopt computer controlled 3 phase power standard NST3500 and multifunctional standard meter NST3800 and related accessories.
