    A. Garlic cloves: CANGSHANG 4-6 cloves garlic, jade white color, fresh, clear, bright, 

        pure, no disease and black spot,etc.

    B. high salinity: saturated salinity >21%;  

        low salinity: 4%-6%, Ice acetic acid 2.4%-2.6%

    C. high salinity: 20-22%; 

        low salinity: 8%-15%, acetic acid 0.5%-0.8%, citric acid 0.3%-0.5%

4. Packaging: as client's requirements

   1) high salt degree: 50kg/ plastic drum, 

   2) low salt degree: 46kg/ plastic drum, 50kg/ plastic drum
