1.Overview

Regular blowdown expanders discharge the sewage or waste heat water from the boiler regular, after decompression and dilatancy separating out flash steam and waste heat water. Flash steam is discharged into air or used as heat source, and waste heat water is usually discharged into sewage system by the discharging and cooling pool.

3.Working process

The sewage water of boiler is discharged into blowdown flash tank equably,the sewage water is tangential movement in cylinder clapboard in center of enclosure, and it is vaporized into flash steam. The flash steam after steam-water separating, then be discharged from the exit on the top of period blowdown, the remaining sewerage is discharged by drain valve.

4.Operation note

1)      When the boiler needs a large number of blowdown, you should open bypass valve to increase blowdown.

2)      Vent valve opening on the top should be adjusted to keep the working pressure in the set row.
