1.This devulcanizer is a kind of new sweetener adopting a novel devulcanizing technique.Comparing with the traditional water-oil sweetener,it has some advantages.For example,it needn't to cut the abandoned rubber to small pieces and shortens the desulphurization time.The plasticizer and regenerant can be put into the devulvanizer with waste sizing materials.No devulcanizing sewage is produced in this course.Th product has good quality and the devulcanizer can be opened and closed automatically.It is easy to realize the automation of devulcanizing procedures.2.The devulcanizing pan is a kind of horizontal type compression set container with stirrer paddle.The agitator shaft with stirrer paddle can rotate clockwise and antiproduce axial thrust in two different directions and mix the materials in the pan,in order to make the materials even.3.The devulcanizer adopts hydraulic system to open,close and lock the material feeding cover and discharging cover.
