High solid content free-based UV varnish LC-2903 for screen priting ink
Abstract:
Low price LC-2701 is a kind of UV-sensitive resins with epoxy acrylic resin as its main body, has little solvent. After the ultra-violet (UV) radiation it will be cured into a stable state. This product is used for coating paper, photo lamination. It has a very strong adhesion for any ink (except gold and silver inks). It has characteristics that no oil loss under the wiping with 3M adhesive tape without base oil. (Many factures affect it. It has high-brightness, high wear resistance, fast curing rate, odorless and strong adhesion to the paper substrate. ) It has good abrasion resistance.
Abrasion resistance: no ink loss and scratches after 300 times grinding with a 4 pound weight while UV cured.

Direction for use:
1) Temperature: it can be used in room temperature with no solvent. If used under 18°C, please warm to 30°C for a better varnish effect, or keep the tank at 50°C+ 5°C. The top heating temperature is 60°C
2) Rinse: during downtime, alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate or cleaning solvents such as toluene can be used to clean the rollers.You had better use environment friendly edible alcohol to ensure environmental protection of the goods.
Notice:,
a) Excessive or uneven powdering will reduce adhesion and brightness;
a) Some UV inks will repel the oil, resulting bad viscosity or poor adhesion strength, and even makes the ink color changes, this case needn’t printing base oil (LC-1545, 1505,1515), it means coating 2701 or 2705 directly can solve the repel phenomenon.
b) The varnish must be completely cured, or it will cause a lot of after-effects: such as the light faded color change, can not resist rubbing, get sticky, and so on;
c) Paper will become less viscously, so particular attention should be paid to the selection of the paste and the paste operations to ensure quality;
d) UV lamp should be cleaned regularly, check with the cleanness of blade and steel wheels to avoid that the paper sticks as the varnish on the back;
e) UV oil should keep away from light and heat to prevent it from hardening.
Security issues:
(1). After curing, this product is not toxic and irritative, but should be cleaned with a basic soap at least 3 times in 30 minutes after skin contacts. Change clothes attached to avoid skin burn caused by a long time attachment; (2). Keep the workplace in good ventilation, cooling, fireproofing at the same time.
