Two component glass/metal/ceramic screen printing ink
DESTRIPTION:
It is a double components ink add hardener additional. Excellent adhesion after heat dry, even have srong ahesion on some coated hard adhere. The mixture is wear resistance, alcohol resistance and solvent resistance. Workable the metal and glass nameplate, especial widely for the glass accessories as well. The printed glass dry by wing also have good ahesion but poor on chemical resistance than heat dry.
WORKABLE:
Glass, Metal, Coated surface, UV coated surface, Some electroplating surface.
EFFECT:
Smooth, scuff resistance, glossy.
A USAGE OF INK: (e.g.) use 300 mesh, printable 30sg.m. per kilogram
Note: Do not wing dry when the temperature below 18°C because of the failure crosslinking reaction of ink, then affect the ink performance.

Note: according to the drying degree increased and timing of bake extended, the adhesion and chemical resistance are more and more wonderful.
TEST:
CONDITION: Printing on 1mm glass sheet by 300 mesh, 120°C heat dry in 10min and cooling 24 hour by nature.
