High speed

The machine adopts 5th generation of Japan’s long-service-life piezoelectric nozzles which is high precision and high speed. It has two print head which contains 2880 nozzies, and its highest speed can reach 31 m2/h. the print head can meet requirements for batch production.

Hight quality

The machine adopts the advanced droplet controllable technology. The minimum ink droplet is 3.5 pl, and the maximum ink droplet is 12pl which can perfectly perform the printing quality of VSDT technology.

The machine adopts mold platform that ensure the error of its flatness is within 0.1mm which makes the printing more precision and the picture more exquisite.

Hight stability

Advanced two-stage ink box design keeps ink always under constant pressure, thus long picture can be printed without breaking lines.

Advanced feeding system design prevents long pictures from deviating and step from changing

Low cost

The scientific cold ink outlet mode of the piezoelectric print head has determined the low cost of print head during printing, the cost of print head is very low.

The print head’s automatic washing system has cleaning, ink flushing and ink extracting functions. It is convenient to maintain the print head, and the print head can avoid wasting ink.

All parts of the machine are produced by our own company, and the maintenance cost of these parts is

reduced considerably.
