Feeding unit

1), Vacuum adsorption auxilary feeding. Wind quantity can be adjusted according to different curve cardboard to insure the smooth feeding.

2), Auto lead edge feeding with skip feeding equipment with can either continous feed or skip feed accordingly.

3), Feeding counter which shows the producing quantity.

4), Brush cleaning equipment which improve the printing quality.

Printing unit

1), The printing roll is surface grinded and chrome plated with axial direction inscribing.

2), The anilox roll is made by high quality steel pipe which is grinded. All anilox point is fitted.

3), The glue roll is made by the good wear resisting rubber. Medium & high special grinting. Apply ink evenly.

4), Hanging plate printing system which make the plate changing very conveniet. ( optional )

5), Planetary gear structure for the phase adjusting. 360 degree electric adjusting. PLC digital screen. Can put the figures for auto adjusting according to the error.

6), Manual adjusting of the axial direction, adjusting distance is 20mm, even operation of machine running and stop.

7), Auto ink supplying system with the diaphragm pump, pneumatic plate raising & ink supply, system to make the ink even, All make sure of the good printing by preventing the ink drying when machine stop.

8), The ink returning pipe is made of PVX material which is corrosion resisting.

9), Electric walking with continous alarming which protect the worker.

Slotting & die cutting unit

1), Pneumatic plate raising prolonged the rubber feed’s using life.

5), The rubber is Chaonai brand made in Taiwan. Use life is 5 million times.

6), The roll is No. 45 cast steel. The pipe thickness is 40mm. It is surface has been high frequency hardened with chrome plating.

7), Rubber roll repairing equipment prolonged the rubber’s use life.
