2. Main equipments

Main feature of this machine:

a. All driving gears are located outside of the frame of the drive side for easy operation.

b. Three printing cylinders are arranged in vertical way for easy operation.

c. The drive system of ink supply and water supply can be separated from main machine as necessary to avoid dry abrasion of the rubber roller.

d. adjustment structure for water/ink roller is advanced featuring easy operation, aslo dynamic adjustment can be realized.

e. Shaft-less technology is used , two color units are controlled sepratly by individual servo motor featuring high independence.

f. Pneumatic clutches with simple structure are used for all cylinders, rollers, delivery frame and two-sheet ejector.

G. Water duct roller and ink duct roller are controlled seprately by step-less variable frequency motor to synchronize with the main machine speed.

H. Hard lining makes solid printed dots.

I. Sufficient lubrication by fixed points with fixed intervals and quantity without leak.

J. Direct dispalay for man-machine interface, easy to learn and operate.
