Three-section Controllable Heating, Infrared Heating, Air Cooling Device
The Ink absorption of materials is improved through the front, middle, back controllable heating devices;
The quick drying of output is guaranteed by the auxiliary infrared heating and fan drying devices.
The drying devices can be controlled by sections in accordance with the width of print materials in order to save energy.
Feeding & Taking Up System
Automatic Nylon Feeding & Taking up System guarantees the smooth and reliable material output.
Moving System
The linear mute guide rail From THK in Japan or HIWIN in Taiwan guarantees the smooth and steady movement of the print head, the long service life and low noise.
Cleaning System
Safe and reliable passive lifting cleaning mechanism; with peristaltic ink pump greatly prolongs the service life of print heads.
Print head height adjustment
The distance between print head and material can be adjusted by hand between 2mm and 3mm according to materials differences.
Precise Positioning
The high-power DC servo motor together with the high precision grating closed loop positioning guarantees the precise positioning of the ink droplet in printing process.
No Drag Chain Mechanism
The design without drag chain mechanism avoids vibration and guarantees the steadiness of ink flow.
