Properties 

      Density of the foam can be adjusted from 12kg/m3 to 100 kg/m3 according to actual demand. Strength of the foam changes with the density.     Biodegradation         Poly (ethylene carbonate) polyurethane foam has excellent biodegradability. Result shows that biodegradation of the foam was 32.3% in 30days  and 100% in 3 months(The test was done according to ISO 14855).         We delegated China National Centre for Quality Supervision & Test of Plastic Products to take biodegradability test according to ISO 14855( ASTM 5338) , and SGS to take similar test according to ASTM 5247. Applications           Poly (ethylene carbonate) polyurethane foam can be used as biodegradable packaging materials, heat insulation materials, sound insulation materials, toy, and art craft, etc.Specifications          The foam ball size, color, shape and cushionning capability can be customized according to special requirement.
