Structure:
Bearing assembly—Switzerland or Japan imported
Liners—Easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the casing for positive attachment and ease of maintenance. Hard metal liners are completely interchangeable with pressure molded elastomers.
Casing—Ductile iron with external reinforcing ribs provide high operation pressure capabilities and an extra measure of safety.
Impeller—Front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Cast in impeller threads require no inserts or nuts.
One-piece frame—A very robust one-piece frame cradles the type bearing and shaft assembly. An external impeller adjustment mechanism is provided below the bearing housing for easy adjustment of impeller clearance.
Features
1.The wetted parts of the pump are made of high chromium wearable alloy, so the pump has good wear resistance and large flowing passage.
2. It is mainly used for transfering the silt, ore pulp, coal liquid, sandstone containing big solid particles.
3. It is widely used in the dredge of silt, ore pulp, coal liquid, river, port and so on.
Working conditions
1.Power supply : 50 Hz/380V ,Three-phase AC (Power source can be ordered to design to match different frequency&voltage of different country/location or under your requirement)
2.Temperature of the medium: less than 60 degree Celsius, without inflammable or explosive gas.
3.Max weight density of the solid particle: clinker less than 45%, scoria less than 60%
4.Submerged depth: less than 20 meters
5.Working position:vertical
