  Piston rod is forged from alloy steel 40 CrMo  The rod intension was improved after heat treatment.   The rod surface is zincification,nickel-plate,and plating with decorating chrome. 

      Our piston rods for duplex mud pumps are treated through exact mechanical process and special surface treating.They have the advantages of corrosion-resistant, high-density ,long-wearing surface which result in fewer packing changes and longer life for gland bushings and junk rings.
