This series of four column deep drawing press machine is used for deep drawing carbon steel and stainless steel workpiece.It's also suitable for other plastic material such as aluminum ,copper ,alloy ,etc.The equipment can make many types of product such as trough,pot,boiler.It also can make some other process such as bending,flanging,levelling,reshaping.
The machine frame was usually adopt carbon-dioxide arc welding,locking and connect by 4 steel post.That made the machine up table can move more reposeful.It's working pressure and slide stroke can be adjusted within a specified range as required by the process.
1.Optional accessories:blanking cushioning device,traveling table,light curtain safety protection system,oil cooler,touch industrial screen,knockout device-hydraulic or mechanical type.Fast die clamping mechanism,imported PLC,die changing floating guide rail and rolling bracket,top-mounted hydraulic system,slider lock mechanism.
2.Usually the main circuit:50HZ/380-415V ,three phase ,control circuit is DC24V.Also according to customer was no problem for us.
3.Peration mode:both set travel and set pressure.Automatic and manual operation.
