Through the use of Ion Assisted Deposition (IAD) processes and Ion Beam Sputtering (IBS) processes, Quarld offers a wide variety of thin film coated quartz glass. The main coating is listed as below.
a. Anti-Reflection (AR) coatings to reduce reflection losses with R≤0.2%.
b. Metal and Dielectric Mirror coatings for high reflection applications in the Ultraviolet, Visible, Near Infrared and Infrared spectrums.
The deposits metals including Gold, Silver, Aluminum, Chrome, Nickel, Titanium, Platinum, Tantalum, Tungsten.
TiO2, Ta2O5, ZrO2, SiO2, HfO2, Al2O3, Y2O3 and so on dielectric materials are available.
