The transmitter is power composition, frequency composition, fully solid state stereo frequency modulation broadcast transmitter. The backup redundant design of main parts of transmitter, and eliminate single point of failure, and it can achieve the zero shutdown rate of single machine. Use hot-swap technology, it can be replaced with the amplifier module or power supply without power off, it is easy to repair and maintenance, MTTR short. The module has self-diagnosing functions, to display and read various technical parameters on LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). Switch constant voltage power with parallel share current, high reliability. Use GYSEL synthesizer, this synthetic technique can bear great power, and high reliability. Intelligent control system, the transmitter has computer interface, and can be connected with the remote computer, the computer monitoring software can make use of the management and monitoring of computers to realize the intelligent and network. The sound protective system, guarantee the high reliability, multiple protection (Over-voltage, over-current, over heating, the standing wave ration, lightning prevention etc.) measures, and to protect long MTBF. The cooling system adopts the forced air-cooled, in-house low noise centrifugal fan. Effectively lower the temperature of amplifier module, enhance the reliability of the whole machine, and reduce the whole machines noise.
The whole structure adopts modular design logos, the internal layout is rational, compact structure, and it is easy to install and maintain.
