Using proven materials,the processor was designed for a life of at least 10 years.The rollers were extruded by special material which can stand high tenperatrue,high corrosion and wear out.The machine body including tank and covers were made out from onjection mould.Any metal parts on the machine was made of selected Titanium or stainless steel.
To ensure high and reliable processing result,we designed a deep
but narrow rack for each bath.Sealed chemical circulation system
and submerged rollers reduce the oxidization and crystallization to
minimum.
Besides using high efficience and energy-saving materials,the
machine was designed with an energy-saving system,liked dryer
and washing water pause when no film being processed.

Oxidation proof and minimal pollution
To reduce oxidation, an oxidation-proof cover is designed for each chemical tanl. The cover can reduce the pollution to the room as well.

Micro processor control and automatic process
The process is controlled by micro processor; temperature and speed are controlled by micro processor. All kinds of alert functions such as chemical replenish, be ready and low chemical level can be controlled automatically. Keyboard LEDs indicating all the work conditions. Once a sheet of film is fed, it will start processing automatically.
Two ways output selection
Two output modes can be selected freely before placing order: output forwards and output backwards. If you select the former mode, you need install the whole processor in a darkroom. The films can be output on the processor. If you select the latter one, you need adjust the guider on the drying rack, open a 8*48cm slot between light room and dark room. The films can be output into a basket under this slot and you can take the films in the light room.
Easy maintenance and service
Small footprint and lightweight make it easy to move. All the racks can be taken out and cleaned by water easily. Open the cover under the feeding box and you can access to the eletronic control system easily.
