Performance and features:

Reliable Ratchet Tie Down includes polyester webbing, ratchet shaft and metal end parts. 

Ratchet Tie Down is hand-driven equipment, its maximum brawn is 500N.

Main application:

Reliable Ratchet Tie Downs are not only used to fasten the goods on Lorries, trailers, boats and tracks, but also used to bind steel products, timber and tubular products. Even trailers and rescuing are also applicable.

Attention please! Reliable Ratchet tie Down cannot be used to hoist goods. The working temperature of Ratchet Tie Down ranges from -40°C to +100°C.But when using the polypropylene Ratchet Tie Down, the working temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C. Reliable Ratchet Tie Down is strictly forbidden to use in the temperature higher than its range.

After being exposed to the ultraviolet radiation for a long time, the strength of Reliable Ratchet Tie Down will decrease, so it should be avoided to work in the ultraviolet radiation too long. Ratchet Tie Down shouldn't work in such special environments like molten metal, acid, glass, breakable articles, nuclear reactor and so on.

Use and operation:

1,The Weight Loading Limited and application should be based on the result of the test, overload is strictly prohibited.   

2,Make sure that the fastening direction of Ratchet Tie Down is vertical to the goods.

3, No crossover, torsion, knotting and twisting of Ratchet Tie Down when working. Stop fastening if hearing any abnormal noise of the equipment.

4, If more Ratchet Tie Downs are needed at the same time, make sure that the stress distributes evenly.

 Protecting jacket or protect horn is necessary when the goods has any sharp corner.

5, If you are not satisfied with the first fastening, you can loosen the spring of Ratchet Tie Down for further fastening until satisfied.

6,When loosening the Ratchet Tie Down, please pay attention to the stability  to protect you from slipped goods.
