Air cooling die face pelletizing system

1. Air cooling die face cutter system  is mainly used for pelletizing of materials that are llikely to absorb water,or are not easily dewatered or dried,or to which moisture content may result in adverse effect on quality.

2. As materials neve contact with water during the whole pelletizing process,there is no need removing water.The grains of materials made by die set hot pelletizing are in full appearance,saturated and good looking.

3. Conventional configuration for the equipment includes:pelletizer,air feeding system,vibration sieve.As the system is in modular design,customers may add it with the two-stage air feeding,fluidize bed etc. As options according to the process requirements.
