It is widly used in screen printing, is characterized by solvent resistance and friction resistance and used in screen printing.
Scraping rubber is casted by centrifuge. The manufacturing process is fully controlled by computer, which not only avoids bubbles and holes, but also grantee its quality during whole process. Besides, before delivery it must be strictly and comprehensively checked.
Good solvent resistance, Multi-color printing, Good friction resistance, textile printing, easy grinding, manual printing or machine printing, different color means different hardness. Description: when printing Soft scratch (65 degrees) can get thicker ink layer and higher cover rate. Hard scratch can get thinner ink layer, so it is used in UV ink printing fine lines and font. Avoid excessive pressure on the screen, otherwise, this can lead to ink layer thick and hard to control and excessive wear nets. So the correct way is to keep a proper distance between the squeegee edges and screen edges, then print with proper pressure. Avoid excessive pressure or too thick size when putting the scraping rubber into wrap. Scraping rubber should have rest periodically rather than continuous use.
first, wipe ink with cloth, and then clean it with softer cloth with appropriate solvent. Do not use strong solvents, especially ink thinners to clean up the scraping rubber. After grinding or before use, you should make the scraping rubber sufficient idle so that the solvent volatile completely.
use general way to grind: belt, wheel, cutting life.
Only grind dry scraping rubber, do not immediately wipe with solvents after grinding. Grind a few for many times.
when medium or long-term storage, the scraping rubber should be well packed in dry and cool room, avoid direct illuminate, otherwise, its performance and hardness will be affected.
