It could be applied to cut all kinds of rubber blocks and strips,especially for cutting rubber tyre, rail tyre, 

rubber strips etc.

 

Structure and work theory

 

It consists of motor, hydraulic system, oil cylinder, a pair of knives, machine shelf and rotation rotors.

Work theory: the motor drives hydraulic system and oil cylinder, put the tyre between two knives, it will be fixed by a locking arms, then the knives will be driven by the movement of cylinder, which makes the two 

knives form into a scissors, and cut the tyre further.
