2. Correct installation of alumina lining brick

Before installation, all the partial remaining bricks, cement and dust on the inner surface should be cleared. Uneven part should be patched, and the smooth surface should be made coarse to increase the cohesion with cement.

The installation gap should be within 1mm.

The installation order begins from the end face, two end faces are all used by rectangle bricks or half rectangle bricks,  after this, then for cylinder installation, which is used by column bricks and ladder type bricks in pairs. As to the cylinder installation combination, as a rule first column bricks are installed, then ladder type bricks, by turns in this way, until the last rank, to ensure the bottom of bricks cling to the inner wall of the cylinder closely. If the column bricks can not built in, then the thin bricks are filled in and white cement is used to envelop. When finished, the surface must be cleaned.
