ISO9001:2000 Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger
Working principle
A. Channels are formed between the plates and the corner ports are arranged so that the two media flow through alternate channels.
B. The heat is transferred through the plate between the channels, and complete counter-current flow is created for highest possible efficiency.
C. The corrugation of the plates provides the passage between the plates, supports each plate against the adjacent one and enhances the turbulence, resulting in efficient heat transfer.
Features and advantages:
1.Compact structure: adopt thin stainless steel, high heat transfer factors.
2.Reliability: adopt 316L and copper as well as high quality brazing works. Endure high pressure and temperature. Long life and no maintenance need.
3.Reduce water require: with the high heat transfer efficiency, only needs 1/3 water usage compare to shell and tube exchanger under same condition.
4.Lightly: Only 20-30% weight compare to shell and tube heat exchanger and reduce the logistics cost.
5.Low fouling factors: high disorderly flow lower the fouling condition, reduce the maintains cost.
6.With distributor: increase the refrigerant evaporating efficiency and reduce the risks by using distributor to force the refrigerant flow direction.
Applications
A.Used in various fluid media:
All type of refrigerants except ammonia and chlorine (R410a, R407c, R404, R134a, R22, R23, etc.), oil, water, water and glycol mixtures.
B.Used in various equipment:
Industrial water cooling, water cooler, oil cooler, chiller, heat recollection and circulation, floor heating, indoors and outdoors devices, heat pumps, plastic injecting machines, welding machines, oil pressure machines, compressors(circulation oil), air conditioners, refrigerators, air dryer, constant temperature refrigerator.
