Together with the OLTC and the load voltage regulating transformers, this type of controller can realize the voltage regulating transformers' by hand and automatic controlling. The controller regulates the the tap changers' voltage through automatic and by hand switch on the face plate, to ensure the transformers' voltage to stay in the required range.
