It is specially designed machine for welding the Bundy Tube Condenser of Refrigerators, Freezers, and Air Conditioners.The main part and specification are as following:

 

1.Transformer:

It is adopted water-cooling type welding transformer with single phase and encapsulated by the vacuum annulus oxygen;

200KVA;

More than 50% duty cycle.

2. Welding Current Output Mode:

AC Type Output;

Bundy tube is adopted the sandwich-type welding method: Up and down material to be welded is exactly same,the middle part between them is hollow copper coated tubes.

In order to ensure both the quality of welding quality and welding appearance,welding technics require the welding nugget of up and down welding points must be fully consistent.

Secondary Current Rectification Welding Technics is essentially a one way of pulse DC welding, because the current single direction will cause welding nugget center offset to one direction,therefore in order to make sure the hard of double sides welding quality,only have to increase the welding current,while by this way it will cause the phenomenon of one side over welding, affecting the appearance and quality,so the DC Welding Technics is not suitable for welding the Bundy Tube.

But because the current characteristics of AC Welding Machine,it will not cause the above-mentioned phenomenon,at the same time, it can  also reduce the actual welding current and consumed energy.The actual welding cost is less than half of the other similar welding machine.

3.Secondary Output:

Copper Row Welding Electrode: ≥ 350 square MM with water-cooled; Soft Copper Strap: ≥ 300 square MM;

Welding Accordant Junction Site:Water Cooling;Welding Knife Site: Water cooling,the position is adjustable,minimum width 120mm;

4.Welding Controller:

It is adopted KIA2008 special designed for Bundy Tube Welding Machine;

The welding parameters of each welding row electrode can be set separately and arbitrary;

The power supply voltage can be compensated automatically;

It can be set and select the Constant Voltage Working Mode or the Secondary Output Constant Current Working Mode as need.

The welding current can be set to compensation increase by degrees;

Failure alarm function.

All the component of controller are made in USA originally.

5.Silicon Controlled Rectifier(SCR):It is adopted 800A/1500V Water Cooling Type of SCR specially designed for exporting;

6.Welding Process Controlling System:

It is adopted AELTA monochrome LCD touch screen.

Can set the quantity and number of welding rod electrode into work and weld separately and arbitrary.

There is welding count function which can display the welding and working times.

7.The Max Welding Width of the standard welding machine is 600mm,can also design specially as the customer request.

8.Pneumatic Components:

Air Cylinder: adopted 80mm double-deck aluminum alloy air cylinder. Air Components:adopted the ARK Brand pneumatic components originally imported from Korean. Air Pipe:adopted imported high quality pipe and reach CE Approvement.

9.Water Cooling System:
