raw material and treatment:

  we usually choose two kinds of woods as the raw meterial. one is the local locust wood and the other is the beechwood. their strength are all strong enough for making the chairs. for the cost reason, we usually suggest our customers to buy the locust wood chair.  if you are experienced, you should know that, for some suppliers, in one shipment, or on one chair, you often see the obvious color difference and make customer unhappy. for making the color harmonious and accordant, we always seperate the darker wood from the lighter-colored wood after we tool the rods. esp when we make the type which will show wood grain. besides this, we also pay attention to the knots on the rod. we always tell our QC staff not to use these knotted rods just for saving several pennies.
