Performances of the Line 

1. High configuration, advanced process, comprehensive functions;

2. Applied the United States Steel Hot-dip Galvanizing process to indirectly heat with the full-radiation pipe;

3. In rinsing section, combining the chemical degreasing and electrolytic degreasing to rinse;

4. About strip cooling, using protection gas cycling jetting cooling device and frequency adjusting to cool the strip quick and evenly and to ensure the suitable temperature of into zinc pot;

5. Using light machine to improve the quality of cladding surface, smooth yielding form and better painting effect and cold punching;

6. Applied two bending and one straightening or two bending and two straightening to better the plate form and surface;

7. Recovery of the waste heat of annealing furnace can be used to heat the alkali liquor and  provide the heat wave for drying, which will improve the thermal utilization and reduce the cost;

8. Applied the frequency cored induction zinc pot;

9. Applied the thickness gauge to monitor and feedback the actual weight of cladding and adjust the air knife ;(to achieve the close circuit control)

10. Motor of air knife is applied to frequency speed regulation control and its adjusting is used the high precision drive control to adjust the air knife rightly and to ensure the even cladding thickness and good surface quality;

11. Applied static oiler;

12. CPC, EPC from the domestic products or imported to ensure the normal run; 

13. PLC and AC frequency speed regulation are applied to drive control system, HMI to simplify the operation and maintenance;
