Royal Roof Tile is 5-roll PVC roof tile, coated with Geloy ASA resin from GE USA. Unlike traditional steel roof tile, Royal is lighter in weight, easier to transport and install, better thermal and insulation. The most important is the ASA resin which can protect plastic roof tile from discoloring for decades. That's the core reason why our clients use Royal in residential area, hotel, temporary house and villa.

Performance1. Colorfast. Tests held in Aging Test center of Arizona and Florida prove that there's little discolor in 10 years.2. Waterproof and self-cleaning. Fewer joints in the roof compared with traditional roof tiles of small size, Fangxing Geloy tile greatly reduce the possibility of leaking. 3. Anti-load. The test conducted by Shanghai Municipal Building Material Component Quality Supervision and Test Station proves that in condition of 750mm supporting span and 150kg applied load, there is no crack in the tile.4. Anti-corrosion. The resin is resistant to many chemical materials such as acid, alkali, salt, etc.5. Light weight and easy installation. The weight of Royal is 5.8 kg per sqm. Quick installation with large size of one single sheet.6. Recyclable. Royal roof tile can be completely recycled even though it is kind of plastic product.
