Oil grease resistant conveyor belt
As a rule, oils and greases have a very destructive impact on rubber, however, materials that contain oil or
grease are daily conveyed. In order to protect rubber components in the conveyor belts from swelling, types
of rubber that are resistant to oil and grease should be applied.
Oil and grease resistant conveyor belts are suitable for:

Application:
Oil resistant conveyor belt is used in greasy situations, conveying oily materials such as mineral oil,
vegetable oil, animal fat, organic solvent in food processing plants or chemical factory.
Characteristics:
1. Made of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR)
2. Greatly improved weather resistance
3. Reduced distensibility, protracted life span
4. Special OEM chemical prescription for different requirement
Standards:
MOR (medium oil resistant), OR (oil resistant)
1. MOR belts are used in the situations which are not very critical, outside area; only require certain oil
resistance grade.
2. OR belts are used in the highly greasy plants especially inside, which requires a very high oil resistance
grade.

PackagingFor container shipments, belts are wound on steel cores. Outer surface of belt roll is covered with rubberized fabric
and sides are covered with plastic corrugated flanges. For breakbulk shipments, belts are packed in wooden drums
with MS flanges and tie rods on sides.
