Superfine Mill 

Process Procedure:

The raw material is evenly fed into the grinding chamber by the electric screw feeder. The feeding speed can be adjusted on the control board. The grinding chamber includes the static Grinding Tract and the Rotating Beater, made of high-hardness alloy. The raw material moves along the grinding track and will be impacted, crushed and grinded into small particles by high-speed rotating beater. Air flow is sucked from the air inlet into the grinding chamber and classifying chamber by the blower. The small grinded particles will move from the grinding chamber into the classifying chamber under the suction force of the blower. The fine particles are easier to be sucked out of the classifying chamber through the outlet and then into the bag filter than the coarse particles. The coarse particles are heavier than the fine particles, easier to be rejected by the classifying wheel, that is, to be thrown aside by the centrifugal force created by the high-speed rotating wheel. These coarse powder rejected by the classifier will be sent back into the grinding chamber for secondary grinding. The fine powder goes into the bag filter and then into the packing machine. The whole system is fully automatic controlled through the Control Cabinet.

- The peripheral grinding track is a single piece, not assemble of segments, so that it is easy and fast to clean the grinding chamber.

- Easy access to the grinding chamber and classifying chamber enables the simple cleaning and maintenance. When the hinged mill lid is opened, the grinding and classifying parts are all accessible. The machine can be opened and cleaned easily without to re-adjust the space in the classifying rotor.
