1.The main part of the device:
(1)reactor: Using Q345 boiler steel and the thickness is 16mm.
(2)oil reacting tank:The first step for preciptating.
(3)depositing tank:The second step for preciptating so that the oil gas will be refined.
(4)oil tank:It's used to store the crude oil
(5)cooing pipe:The oil gas will be cooled down and become liquid oil finaly.
(6)gas seperate:The impurities will deposit at the bottom of the gas seperate.
(7)impact deduster collector:The first step to clear the impurities.
(8)water film cyclone:The second step to clear the impurities.
(9)chimney:The smoke without pollutants will release into the air from the chimney.

4.safety performance
The latest independent intellectual property rights of patent technology will monitor the pressure and tempreture of the main processor system and the key system.Once there is abnormal ,it can alarm automatically.

7. Industrial waste treatment
(1).waste gas:The major components of the waste gas is C1-C4.These waste gas will be burned fully though the gas seperate and spray gun. This kind of device not only can eliminent the gas pollution,but also can save fuel.
(2)waste liquid: Oil in the process will produce some weak acid wastewater and though adding some weak alkali liquor,it will be neutralized .After neutralization ,let the neutralized water filterd and then use the evaporation of the processor to evaporate the filterd water.
(3)waste solid:After processing,the main waste solid is carbon black.It can be used as material to product industrial carbon black.Also,it can be used as fuel to coal-fired power plants.We adopt the national patent technology to discharge the slag.
