Technics principle

 

 

This type will produce oil batch by batch. It needs to feed tyre, lead out ash (crude carbon black) and steel wire manually. It could also burn the gas from tyre. This type suit the country where the labor cost is low, but the process efficiency is too low than semi-continuous plant, and will waste many energy.
