Function:  The machine works for the vulcanization of all-steel heavy-duty tires or bias tires.Structure characteristics:  1.The machine is B-type (Bad-O-Matic) side link double mould tire shaping and curing press, which consists of mainframe, center mechanism, manipulator, steam dome (or platen), segmental mould controller for radial tires or post curing inflator device for semi steel radial tires/bias tires, mould release device, tire unloader, cooling roller conveyor, dynamic water pipeline, steam pipeline, force measure device, lubricating system, electrical control system, compressed air pipeline and safety device etc.  2.Control system: it adopts PLC, which can realize the PID adjusting. The programmable terminal adopts touch screen type tablet computer, which supports Chinese language and makes relevant menu according to the clients’ requirements. E.g.: the indicating of curing state, menu editing, password inputting, technology time setting and technology choice designing etc. And it can store tire curing technology recipes of different sizes of tires and main technology parameters, such as: time, shift, internal temperature, internal pressure, external temperature and external pressure etc status messages.  3.The pipelines’valves, tablet computer, PLC and electric components etc all adopt the famous brand products in domestic and abroad.
